Pattern tile |
The unit that defines a pattern design and allows it to be repeated without overlapping.
PNG |
Is an image file format that supports saving transparent backgrounds. This characteristic allows you to easily incorporate my graphics with your designs whatever the background you are using ;) PNG images can be opened with any graphic editing softwares just like JPEGs. This is the file you’ll receive when you purchase any of my clip-art sets. PNGs can be sized down, but not up.
JPEG or JPG |
Is the most common image file format. Unlike PNGs, JPEGs don’t support transparent backgrounds. This is the file you’ll receive when you purchase any of my pattern sets. JPEGs can be sized down, but not up.
EPS |
Is a vector file of a graphic that can easily be edited and resized with the use of any graphic editing software. This is the file you’ll receive when you purchase the editable vector file of any of my graphics.
ZIP Format |
Is a compressed file format. All of my files come in a ZIP format. It is up to you to ensure that you have the software needed to extract zip files. Most people already have one, if you don’t, you can try 7-zip freeware: www.7-zip.org
Color |
Colors may be different depending on your display configuration. Also be aware that colors may change a little when printed.
Resolution |
All of my graphics are created and delivered to you in high-resolution (300dpi.) This kind of resolution produces great results when printed.
Size |
Every single clip-art graphic is more or less A5 size. It is big enough for you to create up to an A4 artwork piece. Pattern tiles are 12in tall, and all patterned papers are 12x12in.
